Welcome to The Arden Park

I moved in last summer and have really been glad I did. I have a loft apartment so there's tons of light and lots of space. It's modern and clean and I feel like I am in a house rather than an apartment. I don't have anyone living above me so that helps a lot. Parking is really close to the apartment front door so shopping is easier than at some apartments. The pools were great in the summer, I can't wait for them to open again this summer.

The staff here is excellent! The people here genuily care. Nothing goes unnoticed Ashford Park Team! Especially Ashley ?? I’ve moved here a couple months back she’s always went over beyond or was just happy to help. Maintenance consistency is impeccable!

Love living here. Everything feels completely safe. The grounds are well kept and the staff if all wonderful. Every time I've ever placed a work order, the problem was fixed quickly and correctly. The office staff is absolutely great. They're so pleasant and helpful. Anytime I've had a problem, they've always empathized and fixed the issue. Highly recommend Ashford Park.
